You know the menu well enough to suggest a dish — the arancini, the short rib, the churros — and you say it like you mean it.

You work with the kitchen and the bar so the food and the drinks land at the table together.

Tips are yours, and they come on top of your $16.00 an hour, not instead of it.
Who does well here
